All belts class (ages 6-12)

In our all belts classes students begin to work through our belt ranking system. Students start as a white belt and on their journey to black belt and beyond. They learn confidence, self-discipline and control, value of commitment, respect for themselves and others, leadership, and the benefits of goal setting.  We are committed to fitness and athletic improvement through our challenging workouts and the techniques we practice in class.  Because of our focus on fitness our students learn discipline and inner strength they may not have realized they had.  When we work hard we play hard too!  Every class ends with a game or challenge that will reinforce the lessons vital to life and martial arts.
